How to manage Gmail Schedule Send from all devices?

Gmail comes with excellent enchanting features that enhance the experience of the users. Most remarkably, Google is rolling out an advanced Write Now, Send Later (schedule send) feature that will allow you to write important e-mails when you want and now you have the option of scheduling them to send at a later time. 

When the feature is enabled for your account, you will see a new drop-down arrow appears in the Send box once you are composing a message in the browser. After writing your email, click on the drop-down arrow and select “Schedule Send”. A time-and-date selector will then, appears and allow you to select when you can send your email. Gmail will now, send the email at your requested time.

Computer

  • On your computer, go to Gmail
  • Now, click on Compose appears at the top-left
  • Create your email and click on the dropdown arrow that appears at the left next to “send”
  • Click on Schedule Send
  • Note: You can have up to 100 scheduled emails

View or Change Scheduled emails:

  • First of all, go to Gmail on your computer
  • At the left panel, click on Scheduled
  • Choose the email which you want to change
  • Click on Cancel send appears at the top-right of your email
  • Create your changes and then,
  • Click on the dropdown arrow that appears at the bottom left next to “Send”
  • Click on Schedule send and choose a new date and time


Cancel Scheduled Emails:

  • First of all, go to Gmail on your computer
  • Click on Scheduled appears at the left panel
  • Choose the email which you want to cancel
  • Now, click on Cancel send appears at the top-right of your email

Android

  • On your Android tablet or phone, open the Gmail app
  • Tap on Compose appears at the bottom right
  • Create your email and tap on More appears at the top right
  • Tap Schedule send > and choose an option
  • Note: You can have up to 100 Scheduled emails

Change or View scheduled emails

  • On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app
  • Now, tap on Menu (the three-dash icon) and tap on Scheduled
  • Choose the email which you want to change > Cancel send
  • Tap on the email again and create your changes
  • Tap on More appears at the top-right
  • Tap on Schedule send > choose an option

Cancel Scheduled Emails

  • On your Android tablet or phone, open the Gmail app
  • Now, tap on Menu (the three-dash icon) > Scheduled
  • Then, open the email you want to cancel
  • After that, tap on Cancel send

Note: When you cancel a scheduled email, it becomes a draft

  • Open the Gmail app and then, open your iPhone or iPad
  • At the bottom right, just click on Compose
  • Now, create your email and tap on More appears at the top-right
  • Tap on Schedule send and choose an option

Note: You can have up to 100 Scheduled emails

View or Change Scheduled Emails

  • On your iPhone or iPad and open the Gmail app
  • Now, tap on Menu (the three dash icon) and Scheduled
  • Choose the email you want to change > cancel send
  • Now, tap the email again and create your changes
  • Tap on More appears at the top right
  • Tap on Schedule send and choose an option

Cancel Scheduled Emails

  • Go to the Gmail app that appears on your iPad or iPhone
  • Tap on Menu (three-dash menu) > scheduled
  • Open the email which you want to cancel
  • After that, tap on Cancel send

Note: When you cancel a scheduled email then, it becomes a draft
